• Customer understands that the available services are a guiding and education factor on technical analysis only and investment trading / decisions are based on a host of other factors including appropriate money management and individual psychology control
• Number of days wherever mentioned refer to calendar days and has no relation to working days or business days
• Limitation of Use
• Customer is entitled to use the services on www.technicalwealth.com only for individual use
• Customer is not entitled to share the results of services of www.technicalwealth.com with anyone
• Customer is not entitled to re-sell the information obtained from services on www.technicalwealth.com
• Limitation of Liability
• Customer understands that despite all kinds of available analytical tools and the best possible research, trading and investing in the stock markets is risky and the risk can lead to loss of capital for the Customer
• Technicalwealth.com shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss incurred by the Customer while trading or investing in stocks and related instruments
• Customer shall be solely and entirely responsible for the decisions taken by him / her related to trading / investing
• In no event whatsoever shall Customer hold Technicalwealth.com responsible for any direct or indirect loss incurred by the Customer
• In no event whatsoever shall the liability of Technicalwealth.com exceed the amount paid by the Customer for availing the services on the website www.technicalwealth.com
• Refund Policy
  • Request for refund must be sent by email to the "refunds email id" mentioned on the "Contact Us" page
  • Request for refund must be received by us within 72 hours from the time Customer places an order
  • Technicalwealth.com reserves the right to process and effect the refund, specially in cases where we feel that the stock movement has been as per expectation through analysis
• Technicalwealth.com reserves the right to modify the services available on www.technicalwealth.com as well as the terms and conditions under which the services are made available. Technicalwealth.com also reserves the right to allow or disallow any Customer from availing of the services available on www.technicalwealth.com
